What to Expect When You Call

When you call Phoenix Recovery Project at 610-233-4342 you will speak with a real person from our admissions team — not a voicemail, not an automated system, not a call center.

Here is what that conversation looks like:

   We listen.

   You tell us what is going on — for yourself or for someone you love. We do not rush you. We do not judge you. We listen and we ask the questions that help us understand what you need.

   We answer your questions.

   What homes do we have available? What does the program look like? What does it cost? What do you need to bring? We answer every question honestly and completely.

3. 03

   We help you find the right fit.

   If one of our homes is the right placement we will walk you through next steps. If we are not the right fit we will tell you that honestly and help you find a program that is. We would rather help you find the right home than put you in the wrong one.

4. 04

   We coordinate your transition.

   If you are ready to move forward our admissions team coordinates everything — from confirming your placement, to connecting with your treatment provider, to making sure you know exactly what to do and when to show up.

The call takes as long as it needs to take. There is no pressure and no obligation. If you are not ready to commit to anything yet, that is okay. Call us anyway. Knowing your options costs nothing.
